The Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) at exsodel has five phases:
- Initiation Phase- Approving the project.
- Planning Phase - Planning Phase - Defining and refining the project.
- Execution Phase - Coordinating people and other resources to carry the plan.
- Controlling Phase - Controlling the entire project.
- Closure Phase - Wrap-up.
Intellectual Property Protection
- exsodel has set up security polices to safeguard client intellectual property. Under security layer 1, it is mandatory that all new recruits sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), including a security policies regulatory compliance before being employed with the company.
- Physical security - Access control, screening, central monitoring station and visitor management systems.
- No paper, pen, mobile and storage devices allowed on the work floor and only on special permission by upper management.
- Systems access & storage, network administration control, encryption and authentication methods.
- During the contract period, the client and exsodel shall mutually protect each other against breach of any third party IP.
- In the event of working with two clients who are business competitors, we usually set up separate dedicated work infrastructure partitions. The projects will also have dedicated employees and secure technology (1:1). But if an existing client insists that we don’t work with their competitor, we will oblige with the request.
